Who is responsible for your data

Grupo B&B is the trade name of Inversiones Brenesbravo S.R.L., corporate ID 3-102-877588, registered in Potrero Cerrado, Oreamuno, Cartago, Costa Rica. This policy follows Costa Rican Law 8968 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

Only what you give us when you ask about an event: name, phone, type of event, date, number of guests, preferred restaurant and your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp, also your number and what you write.

This site uses no cookies, shows no ads and does not track your visits. Maps load images from OpenStreetMap and Esri, which receive your connection address like any map server.

What we use it for

To answer you, quote your event and follow up. We do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising, and we will not send you promotions unless you ask.

Where it is kept and for how long

In a database run by a cloud provider, which may be outside Costa Rica, over an encrypted connection and accessible only to the staff who handle events. We keep it up to two years after our last contact, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacidad@grupob-b.com. We answer within the time set by law. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Costa Rican data protection agency (PRODHAB).

Minors

The form is for adults. If you are organizing an event for a minor, the details requested are those of the responsible adult.
